SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At DEVASTRA, every product is made to order and prepared specifically for your purchase. We work with our fulfillment partner to print, pack and ship your order after it is placed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

Please note that processing times may occasionally vary due to order volume, product availability, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

DELIVERY TIME

For deliveries within India, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method, destination and PIN code.

Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available. You can use the tracking details to follow your order during transit.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, courier issues, incorrect address information, remote locations or other circumstances outside DEVASTRA's control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping availability, costs and delivery times vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
